一五〇年以上にわたり丹波黒大豆を扱ってきた小田垣商店。
本ツアーでは、国登録有形文化財の建物案内とともに商いの歴史をご紹介し、黒豆手選別工場の見学、そして実際に手選別（手より）体験を行っていただきます。
ご自身で手よりした丹波黒大豆200gは、お土産としてお持ち帰りいただけます。
さらに、丹波黒大豆を使った黒豆茶づくりを体験し、ご自身で淹れたお茶を味わっていただきます。 体験の締めくくりには、蔵の特別室にて、丹波黒大豆を取り入れた季節のランチプレートまたはスイーツをご用意。
一粒に宿る仕事を知ることで、味わいの見え方が変わるひとときです。

Experience Tamba’s Black Soybean Heritage at Odagaki Shoten
Experience the world of Tamba Black Soybeans at Odagaki Shoten, est. 1734 in Tambasasayama. For more than 150 years, Odagaki Shoten has been dedicated to the careful handling and selection of these prized beans.
On this guided tour, you will explore the historic buildings—designated as Registered Tangible Cultural Properties of Japan—and learn about the long tradition of our family business.
You will also visit the hand-sorting workshop, where Tamba black soybeans are carefully selected one by one, and take part in the traditional sorting process yourself. The 200 g of black soybeans you select will be yours to take home as a souvenir.
The experience continues with a hands-on activity where you roast black soybean tea using Tamba black soybeans and enjoy the tea you have brewed yourself.
To conclude the experience, guests are invited to a special room in our historic kura (storehouse) to enjoy a seasonal lunch plate or sweets featuring Tamba black soybeans.
By discovering the craftsmanship of selecting Tamba black soybeans, you may find that the way you taste them changes.
This intimate tour is limited to a maximum of eight participants, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed and personal experience.
