本ツアーでは、商いの歴史をご紹介し、黒豆手選別工場（より場）の見学、そして実際に黒豆を選別する「手より」体験を行います。
ご自身で手よりした丹波黒大豆100gは、お土産としてお持ち帰りいただけます。
さらに、丹波黒大豆を使った黒豆茶づくりを体験し、ご自身で焙煎した黒豆の香ばしさを感じながら、お茶をお楽しみください。
そして、夏休み企画のハイライトは、黒豆たっぷりのご飯づくり。
黒豆ごはんのおにぎりや黒豆味噌汁などを、みんなで一緒に作って味わいます。
デザートづくりもご用意しています。
一粒に込められた手仕事を知ることで、黒豆の味わいが少し違って見えてくる。

Summer Vacation Limited – “Odagaki Shoten Experience Tour” with Black Soybean Cooking
Experience the world of Tamba Black Soybeans at Odagaki Shoten, established in 1734 in Tambasasayama.
For more than 150 years, Odagaki Shoten has specialized in Tamba black soybeans.
As a special summer vacation program, we are offering a hands-on experience tour that parents and children can enjoy together.
On this guided tour, you will explore our historic buildings—designated as Registered Tangible Cultural Properties of Japan, and learn about the long history of our family business.
You will also visit the hand-sorting facility, where Tamba black soybeans are carefully selected one by one, and experience the traditional sorting process yourself.
The 100 grams of black soybeans you sort will be yours to take home as a souvenir.
The experience continues with a hands-on black soybean tea activity, where you will roast and brew your own tea using Tamba black soybeans, then enjoy its rich aroma and flavor.
The highlight of this special summer program is preparing a meal together featuring plenty of black soybeans.
You will cook and enjoy black soybean rice, black soybean miso soup, and lightly pickled seasonal vegetables together.
Please also look forward to making dessert together.
By discovering the careful work behind each individual bean, you may come to appreciate their flavor in a whole new way.
This small-group experience is limited to a maximum of 8 participants, allowing everyone to enjoy the tour at a relaxed and comfortable pace.
